The Oetker Group practises a combination of central coordination and decentralized management. The general strategy and direction of the Group is defined by a five-member Group Management Team. All members of the Executive Board are personally liable partner of the holding company, Dr. August Oetker KG. Supported by a highly effective reporting system, the individual companies enjoy a high degree of independence in the market-place. The 250 Oetker managers (four of whom come from the Oetker family) have ample scope to demonstrate their creativity.
